Woman inspires veterans through horse therapy connections

(WTAJ) — A central Pennsylvania woman is building connections with veterans through a unique therapeutic approach. Victory Therapeutic Horsemanship allows area veterans facing chronic mental and physical illnesses to care for horses and ride on horseback.
